Although there is a LOT of rambling and ridiculousness in this manifesto (he called Ne-Ne Leakes one of the most beautiful women on the planet…ROFL for real!), he also makes very many valid points. As for his accusations and allegations against other LAPD officers, sergeants, and captains, I 100% believe him. The old adage “you reap what you sow” applies to the LAPD in this case. They created this monster. Now they get to deal with it.
